Providing personal information is voluntary.

The predicted categories of recipients of your data are IT department staff and the Data Administrator's management staff.


What are your rights?

You have the right to access your data and the opportunity to obtain a copy of the data and the right to correct, remove, request processing restrictions, object to processing, and the right to transfer data and withdraw this consent at any time. The consent may be withdrawn in a written form submitted to the Data Administrator.


Can you and where can you file a complaint regarding data processing?

You have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of data to the Supervisory Authority when you think that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the Regulation.


How long will your data be processed and stored?

Your personal data is processed and stored until the consent is withdrawn, and after that time can be processed and stored during the period of prescription of possible claims.


Will the data be processed in an automated way?

The above data may be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, whereby the processing of the above data will be used, inter alia, to assess the information in the possession or will be the Data Administrator.
